Michael is the Chairman and Founder of i2i. Michael has an inspiring career journey where he works with top businesses, elite sports organisations and professional athletes to support their needs to create positive results. For example, he has assisted with a number of professional football teams such as Everton Football Club, Wigan Athletic, and Bolton Wanderers ,during his time he assisted these teams to reach league promotion, UEFA champions league qualification, and even silverware when Wigan Athletic won the FA Cup in 2013.

Michael also works with individual athletes like the professional golfer Darren Clarke, Michael was behind the scenes in 2011, when Darren won the Claret Jug at the Royal St.Georges Golf Club.
