This Week's Special Guest Interview: John Amaechi OBE
This week, I am very proud to introduce you to John Amaechi OBE. I can happily say, it has been my most enjoyable, exciting and nervous interview so far. Mainly, because in my opinion he is a great role model in sport and general society.
If you have never heard of John Amaechi, he is 6ft 10in, and he is Britain’s most famous basketball players of all time. During his basketball career, he has played for some of the top teams in the NBA, Europe and even played in the UK for the Sheffield Sharks.
Despite his impressive basketball career, John is a full-time psychologist, where he applies his psychology to support our community such as grass root sport, community centres and local schools.
