This Week's Special Guest Interview: Dr Dave Alred
Today's episode, I have the privilege to welcome you to Dr Dave Alred, MBE.
Dave is an performance coach, where he works with elite athletes around the world to support their needs, so they can perform at the highest level whilst under pressure. For example, he has worked with different athletes in different sports like football, rugby and golf, such as David James, Jonny Wilkinson, and Luke Donald.
David is in the UK Coaching Hall of Fame for his contribution to the success of the England Rugby world cup winning team in 2003. Also, for his services in rugby, Dave was awarded an MBE from her majesty the Queen.
