Neal is the Senior Director of Basketball Operations in Europe and the Middle East at the National Basketball Association (NBA). Before working at the NBA, in the last 2o years, Neal has coached with some of the top teams in the NBA such as San Antonio Spurs,Denver Nuggets, Portland Trail Blazers, Los Angles Clippers and Cleveland Cavaliers.
