The Sports Career Question on the Show: What advice would you give to university graduate now who are really discovering their passion within the sports industry?

Nana's Answer: Get out there is my advice. I think, we've been trained and coached, and I think at times, we wait to be told 'what to do'. And I think the whole point about being an athlete is when you're on the pitch, when you're in the blocks, or about to get going, the only person you can truly rely on is yourself, your coaches, as someone to guide you, and get you ready for when opportunity comes. You need to have a mindset and ownership in order to getting started in a career in the sports industry, or whichever career you want to do, that is important!
