The Sports Career Guidance Question :What three tips would you give to university students or graduates figuring out how to really pursue their career they want to do when they leave?
Andrew's reply: The first thing that I would say is, find an industry or career that aligns with who you and that moral code. The second thing for me is you've got to commit to constant never improvement in your life. Don't make someone else responsible for that. That's got to be you. Number three is an example I use when you hit a crossroad or roadblock or challenging times. And when you when you're younger, you know, you're not as used to handling those. You know, as you get older, you get hopefully a little bit wiser. And you realise that those Crossroads are the greatest times in our lives, because they're the critical moments again, when we go left we go right. They're the ones that lead to opportunities.
