The Sports Career Question on the Show: What advice would you give to university students who want work in sports?

Mark's Answer: I recommend to young people to consider starting where you're strong at and so you know that you're going to enjoy it. This could change and start with low hanging fruit, you notice something to do well in because I want you to be successful early, success breeds success. Essentially, things that you enjoy and that you're good at, that is important, and don't settle for mediocrity. Also challenge yourself even if it's something that you're good at, I wanted to master that content you have to be the expert in the field.
