John is the CEO of Resolution Promotions, a digital marketing firm that works with a variety of small businesses and mid-size companies throughout New Jersey that are clients of the firm, and the company also works directly with athletes and influencers such as two-time FIFA World Cup champion Christie Pearce Rampone, Super Bowl winner David Tyree and motivational speaker/entrepreneur Eric LeGrand.

Beverley is a Sports & Entertainment lawyer and Entrepreneur. She is an accredited mediator with the Lagos High Court Multi Door Centre and also a member of the panel of neutrals at the Lagos Court of Arbitration.she is passionate about sports and youth development and founded the Lagos Tigers Football Club in 2012 and the Little Tigers Football Foundation in 2017 as well as a social network for women called Gratia Fidelis Caritas (GFC).

Dev is an international sports lawyer, and the principal director at Parmars, a boutique sport law practice with bases in the UK and Spain, and a breadth of experience around the globe. Dev is also the academic director at the world renowned Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economia (ISDE) where he teaches international sports law. Dev has experience in supporting elite federations, clubs, coaches and athletes with both their legal needs, and strategic, sporting requirements. In addition to this, Dev has been a professional mentor for over a decade, and has mentored over 100 people from around the world.

Xavi is a Sports Marketing Consultant in Women’s Football. He believe in a world where brands are engaged in a meaningful way. His mission is to create meaningful brands in sports.For example he helped developed the marketing and commercial area at Nàstic, the oldest rally in Spain, Rally Costa Brava to sign its first title sponsor.

Chris is the CEO of Mass Participation World with 35 year Mass Participation veteran which has seen him at the helm of events for over 1 million people including the 60,000 runner Singapore Marathon. He is also the author of Mass Participation Sports Events as well as being an international speaker who has spoken in 15 countries.

Matt Rogan has built a 25 year career in the international business of sports. Graduating from Cambridge University, his career began in strategy consultancy before stints at MTV, NBA and then running a leadership development business. In 2011 Matt co-founded Two Circles, a data driven sports agency. The agency is now working with the biggest rights holders in the world, and was purchased in early 2020 by Bruin Sports Capital.

Matt is a Non Exec Director of English Institute of Sport and a Trustee of Halton Tennis Centre. In addition he writes and speaks regularly on the evolution of the sports industry. He has co-authored a book on the Olympic Games, and is proud to feature in Harvard Business Review’s 2019 Title “Top 10 Must Reads on Leadership Lessons from Sports”.
